The drum or the drum segment gears, which is also called the conveyor belt, is one of the main components of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is limited around the drum at the beginning and end of the conveyor belt. Basically, the initial drum is called the driving drum (Head Pulley) and the end drum of the conveyor is called the moving drum (Tail Pulley). The driving drum (drum head), that is, the same roller that is connected to the electric motor and gearbox, must be designed and built according to certain principles and standards. The use of rubber is recommended to create stability and reduce damage to the conveyor belt.
